In 2014, a world-changing idea arrived! Do2c (Do 2 see) was born to introduce a solution to the many human resources issues arising from multiculturalism. Not only did the solution need to quickly help build a solution, but it is also valid for all the artificial intelligence programs that are beginning to be used today.

This process solution enables wise decision-making, allowing everyone to respect others’ beliefs so that their views are blended, and we can all live as friendly, happy neighbours.

Today, this innovation patent is released for free to everyone! It was published in 2014 and protected under Innovation Patent 2014000176.

That document outlined a how-to framework we called Do2c for improving business processes and compliance by categorising issues into rule element containers related to 1. In-house business, 2. human management, and 3. accounting/audit.

The Do2c Framework Overview

• First Rules Container: In-house Business – includes documents related to internal procedures and policies. Those rules that are unique to you and the way you want to run your business.
• Second Rules Container: Human Management – focuses on Human-related documents and compliance. Without it how can anyone know what is expected from them in terms of behaviour and language. ​
• Third Rules Container: Accounting & Audit – encompasses the legal universe that you are operating your business within. Those legal and regulatory requirements that do apply to you and your business owners. ​
